This notice covers the Cannon Acustica company website, operated by Cannon Acustica Limited in Alamosa, Colorado. It does not describe the data practices of an unreleased app or firmware build.

This site provides email links for inquiries. If you email us, your email provider sends your address, message, and any attachments to our mailbox. We use the information you provide to respond and handle your inquiry. Please avoid sending information that is not needed for that purpose.
Website operation
This website has no visitor account, payment form, or newsletter signup. We have not added advertising trackers or analytics scripts. The hosting service may process technical information, such as an IP address and request details, to deliver and secure the site.
The website loads fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser may send technical request information to that provider when retrieving the font files.
Links and email services
Opening an email link uses your email application. Hosting, font, and email providers operate under their own privacy terms.
Product privacy
CannonTune and our connected-speaker controls are in development. Product-specific privacy information will need to reflect the actual features and data handling of the relevant release.
